AM- 3 nice to get the junk out
PM- 10x400m I started out too fast and when it finally came down to guts I really gave in to fatigue. Coach said something that I am gonna apply he said that we must just run our guts out and let him do the analyzing. That's what I am going to do from now on...let him analyze and just put my heart into it. I am not gonna cry about hurting or being a whimp. I am gonna put my heart into it. I actually ended up running the last 3 as 200m because I wasn't running as fast, or even near, what I was suppose to. I ran the last 3 at the front and it felt pretty weird and actually good. He told me that as soon as I thought oh it's easy (the 200m) instead I ran faster. Another reason is I was affraid he was going to make me do more haha. |
