6:30 AM- Ran the same route I've been running each morning (best option thus far). Just getting in the swing of things. I might bump up the mileage a bit in a week or two. First mile was nice and easy (7:43) second mile ditto (7:54) last mile I went a little faster because I was working more on form (7:23). So not a super fast workout, but it was meant to be on the relaxed side. Glad to be running consistently again! I feel a lot better when I do.
