Four easy miles...I just read on smooths blog that it is 18 weeks until Boston!  Oh my I guess I need to get my rear in gear!

Felt pretty good today it was hard but not killer.

Pretty much a repeat of yesterday today should have been 4 miles race pace, and yesterday was 40 minute tempo run but because I am training for a half my tempo speed and race speed are the same.  1% incline one mile warm up 3.5 miles at 8:20 .5 miles at 8:34 one mile cool down

Spin - I know I climbed up Everest today on my spin bike HOLY SORE BOTTOM!!!!!! (Batman)

4 easy mile first mile 1% incline last 3 3% decline 3.5 at 9:13 last .5 at 8:20.  I had not run decline at all after October and I could tell.  My form was all over the place for the first mile then I finally remembered what was correct and it felt so much better.

6 miles elliptical 11% resistance in 39:47 really had to concentrate to keep the pace going but I think it is helping my running for sure.

No yoga :( they are refinishing the floors so no yoga this week or next.

I wanted to go snowshoeing with my husband today but the pollution is so bad.  I think I will ingest my share of pollution tomorrow in my long run.

It was really foggy today I even got lost! wanted to do more miles again this week but couldn't fit them in.  I guess I am going to need to either get up earlier or run faster!
