I lovingly call it the puke class. It is where you do intervals the whole class starting at a level 8 during the interval and then going to level 6 during the rest after 5 of those you do 5 intervals where the interval is a level 10 and the rest is at level 8. When she announced that this would be the class I stated having a little conversation in my head between good Kathie and evil Kathie this is how it went Good: you should go right now this is not a good class to do so close to Boston. Evil: you only ran four miles today this class will give you little speed work out no big deal. Good: If you want to feel fresh in Boston you should go. Evil: Your legs are so fresh you could really rock this class! You still have 5 days before Boston your legs can recover in 5 days. Evil Kathie won and I stayed in class. After the first set of 10/8 intervals I wanted to puke evil Kathie said "cool" Good Kathie said "leave" and this time I listened to good Kathie. I was 30 minutes into class. It really was so hard to leave I was doing so good on my intervals!
