5.5 miles 1% incline 1 at 9:13 1 at 8:53 and then 3.5 at 8:49. I did a few strides at the end it all felt good, I can never tell on the treadmill though if I am getting tired or bored ( I think it is usually both)

I agree - it's both! When I have someone to talk to, time goes SO much faster - but it still feels harder than road miles.

Nice work on those miles today, keep up the good work! Can't wait to see what Boston holds!! YAY!
