All really easy miles.  Hamstring is not getting better, nor is it getting worse.  When I started the run I went 1.5 miles stopped and stretched, it helped a little.  Ran one more mile decided to skip the hills at the end of the run. After I turned around I thought I could run to my sons house and get a drink, he lives .25 miles down a hill out of my way.  When I got there it looked like they were still asleep so I walked back up the hill.  Even though I walked it still bothered my hammy.  Ran home and did the last mile and a half on the nice flat treadmill.

Splits: 9:20, 8:59, 9:04, 11:08 (walking up hill) 9:00, 7:52 (.80)

Take care of that hammy. I was thinking this morning as I was running up 1800 that you probably do not have a single place to run that doesn't include a significant hill (other than the treadmill).

Dang, injuries are the pits.

Be careful with that hammy. I'm glad you avoided the hills.

Sorry to hear your hammy is acting up. Tough to avoid hills where you live!

Just saw the two pix of your model daughter. OMG!!! She is drop dead gorgeous!

I've been running my miles on flat courses or on the treadmill and it really has helped with my hammy pain.

That doesn't sound good. You're good at throttling back and know what you're body is telling you...get better soon.
