All really easy miles. Hamstring is not getting better, nor is it getting worse. When I started the run I went 1.5 miles stopped and stretched, it helped a little. Ran one more mile decided to skip the hills at the end of the run. After I turned around I thought I could run to my sons house and get a drink, he lives .25 miles down a hill out of my way. When I got there it looked like they were still asleep so I walked back up the hill. Even though I walked it still bothered my hammy. Ran home and did the last mile and a half on the nice flat treadmill. Splits: 9:20, 8:59, 9:04, 11:08 (walking up hill) 9:00, 7:52 (.80)
