Woke up with a migraine yesterday and had to stay in bed all day... what a joke on a vacation! 

Ran six miles on a 1% incline 5@ 9:13 1 @ 8:57

Lifted for legs and Abs

Will do push-ups tonight I got 26 on my exhaustion test so I will do week 3 day 1 column 3

Just did a max of 27 KILLER!!!!!  Have any of you looked at week four!  I have never been this far before but that week looks way too hard!

Kathie, sorry to hear about the migraine. I get those periodically and they really knock me out, sometimes to the point of having to go to the ER.

Sorry about the migraine. I wish I had got to stay in bed all day yesterday except without the migrain. I had to work all day though.

Make sure you are getting plenty of water Miss Kathie. I inevitably get a migraine when I slack on that. I get so mad at myself the second I start seeing those flashy spots.

Stay hydrated ... and kick some pushup trash!!

I used to get migraines; but ever since I started running, I don't get them anymore. Sorry you had to spend a holiday battling migraine.

NICE treadmill run and workouts. WOW, 27 push ups. AWESOME!!! I haven't looked at week 4. Week 3 scary enough. I'm taking one day at a time; so far so good.
