I was really sad when it was still snowing when I woke up.  SDRR was not meeting today and I couldn't bring myself to run in the snow alone... I know I am a wuss.  Anyway I read Teena's report and thought if she could do 13 miles on a treadmill I could do 6.  Got on and ran 2 easy miles then went to half marathon pace for a mile.  Our poor old treadmill sounded like it was going to break in half so I slowed to a easy pace for the rest of the miles.  I really should have gone to the gym or just toughed it out outside, I feel like these miles were total junk miles.

Push-ups I did week 2 day 3 column 3 with 24 as max (had to at least tie Teena!)  I think they are starting to feel... not really easier but more manageable if that makes any sense at all.

Kathie great job on getting some miles in. And great job on your push-ups. I am just about ready to start doing mine.:)

Oh Kathie!!

I hear you about the push ups. I'm finding myself knocking them out in quick burst of 5 at a time. For some reason, 4 x 5 is not as bad as counting to 20???!!

Bummer about the weather. I need to stop complaining when it's a little windy here, or below 40 degrees. I don't have ice and snow to contend with.

Great picture, BTW. Was that from last year's cruise? (still waiting for the pics from the "top deck" :-)
