Still feeling a bit funny from Ragnar.  My left foot feels mostly better, and the knot is gone from my calf.  But limping around all day Sun & Mon have jacked up my right low back.  I hope this race wasn't the start of a bad cascade, but I'm not too worried.  (famous last words?)

Maybe this run wasn't so smart.  After taking a week of "active" recovery at scout camp, I was eager to hit the road this morning.  Despite bedtime around 1, I woke up on my own at 6.  Ate some oatmeal and headed out to survey the damage on my broke-down trailer.  I got there in 3 miles, and headed up to BST, and ran home on north Davis Blvd.  The dry creek in north Bntfl. is dry once more.  My foot hurt a bit, but it wasn't much of an issue on the run.  Now, 8 hours later I'm limping around like an 80 year old man.

Time for a double dose of vitamin I-- ice and ibuprofen.
