Still feeling a bit funny from Ragnar.  My left foot feels mostly better, and the knot is gone from my calf.  But limping around all day Sun & Mon have jacked up my right low back.  I hope this race wasn't the start of a bad cascade, but I'm not too worried.  (famous last words?)

With this Ragnar ultra, is that the most miles you've ever done in that short of time? Hopefully that's the reason for the aches. You really killed it - way to be Kam. Hope all the parts & pieces get back to playing nicely soon.

You'll bounce back. It seems like the best medicine for too much running is more running. Just tell you back "you're either with me or against me" and keep on running.

if there is one thing i have learned, it is this: take recovery seriously. you are being smart. give your body a few easy days, eat some candy and you'll be right back at it...
