6:45 a.m. Treadmill 10k, sluggish 55 minutes. Not much to report otherwise. Oh yeah...air quality is 4th worst in the country. Sorry if you live in Olympia, Port Angeles, Cowtown, or the Salt Lake Valley.

Nice job Kam. I'm not sure whats worse, running on Satans sidewalk (treadmill) or running outside. Hopefully there was something good on TV.

I'm not sure if there is much difference between indoor air quality and outdoor air quality. I don't mind the treadmill, thanks to a Tivo fully loaded with football games and sitcom reruns. The only trouble is when the kids join in watching, and make themselves late for school.

i figure running quality miles in poor air quality cancels out the bad and evens things out.
