Personal:
Grew up in St. George, UT where I ran at Desert Hills High School from 2012-2015. I spent the next 2 years in Rancagua, Chile as a full-time missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

3 in the morning to Hidden Valley. 6.5 in the aftrnoon, we did 15 minutes tempo pace on the track. We took a little break after state but I felt good and I'm ready to get working again for Nike and Footlocker.
3 in the morning to The Spectrum. In the afternoon we did mile repeats on the track. My legs were way tired today for some reason so the last couple hurt way bad. It was a good push today though.
3 in the morning to Hidden Valley. In the afternoon we did our annual Halloween costume run. I didn't dress up because I was up late last night doing homework and didn't have time to put something together. 5 miles to Little Valley Park and back.
Did our workout in the morning because there was something going on at the school in the afternoon. We did 8x400m with no rest between laps. We alternated our lap splits between 1:18 and 1:23. 3 in the afternoon out towards Hidden Valley on the trails.
Went up to the school and ran 6 miles along the ridge. Felt really good after a week of getting back into the workouts and getting ready for Nike and Footlocker.
