Personal:
Grew up in St. George, UT where I ran at Desert Hills High School from 2012-2015. I spent the next 2 years in Rancagua, Chile as a full-time missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
Senior and member of the men's track and cross country teams at Utah Valley University. President/Founder of Mongoose Elite.
PM: 6 total (2mile warm up, 12x200m, 1 mile cool down). We ran the 200s in sets kind of getting faster each set. It's kind of hard to explain though. My legs are way sore from the workout still but I hit all my times so it was a way good workout.
PM: 6 total (2 mile warm up, 2x200, 1x800, 1x600, 1x400, 1x300, 1 mile cool down). Some pretty fast splits for our workout today, I think we're going to do pretty good this weekend.
Did the 800 in the 4x800 today. We did pretty good and took 3rd. My coach said I ran between 2:07-2:08 so it was an okay race. 1 mile warm up before the race.

Ran the 800 today. 1 mile warm up and got ready for the race. We went out nice and easy at about a 1:02. I think I could've gone faster on the second lap because I wasn't really tired after the race. I think next time I can kick earlier but I got a PR so it was a pretty good race. Half a mile cool down after the race.
