3 this morning. I had a few aches and pains at the start but that's normal for the first morning run of the week. Other than that I felt great.

7.25 total in the afternoon (2.5 mile warm up, 2x1200m w/400m recovery jog, 2x800m w/ 200m recovery jog, 2x200m w/200m recovery jog, 1 mile cool down). The times weren't crazy fast but the wind made it pretty rough which made for a tougher workout. I was still able to push through it and the only time I was off on was the second 1200m. It was a good workout even with the wind. Pretty crazy though and hopefully it isn't so bad on Friday!

3 in the morning to the bridge, a little sore from the workout yesterday but not too bad.

6 in the afternoon on the trails over in chukawalla. I've never done this one before so it was fun to try something new. The trail was pretty cool but it was way sandy in some parts.

3 in the morning to the spectrum. Felt fine.

7 total in the afternoon (2.5 mile warm up, 2x200m, 1x800m, 1x600m, 1x400m, 1x300m, 1 mile cool down). It was a pretty short but high intensity workout. It was good to do some fast stuff though. Tough workout but I felt like I did pretty good. Easy day tomorrow then race on Friday!

3 miles in the morning with the team. I don't know why, but this week has been colder in the morning than it usually is, I had to throw a hoodie on over my longsleeve shirt today.

In the afternoon we did an easy 3.5 miles to the spectrum plus 4x200m finishes on the track because of the meet this weekend. I felt good, a little tight from the workout yesterday but after stretching again and rolling out tonight I should be good for tomorrow. Running the 1600 tomorrow so we'll see how that goes.

Easy 3 in the morning.

Hurricane Invite in the afternoon. Warmed up and then raced the 1600. I felt like I got out good and ran a pretty good race, but there was some things that I definitely could have done better. Lots to work on this season. Cooled down afterwards.

Warmed up and then ran the 800. A pretty good headwind on the backstretch like there was 2 weeks ago but not quite as bad today. Got out fine and tucked in behind Bryan and a runner from Wasatch. I didn't have much left in the tank the last 200 so I got passed by a few runners. I know what I did wrong so it was a good learning race. Still have a lot to improve on, but overall a pretty good weekend. Hopefully next week will be a little better now that I've raced and know what to work on. Cooled down a little before I left and then ran a little more when I got home to get the total mileage for the day.
