AM: 3 easy
PM: 6 total (2 mile warm up, 1 mile time trial, 4x200m hard w/ 200m recovery jog, 2 mile cool down). My goal was to try and go 4:48 in the mile, but I sat back for the first lap and a half and we went out a little slow so I tried to speed up a little and led the pack for a bit but I didn't kick hard enough on the last lap. I still had some left in me though when we got done so I think 4:48 might've been possible today, I just gotta go a little harder. |
