3 in the morning to the bridge. 8.5 total (2.5 mile warm up, 5x1 mile repeats w/2:00 recovery, 1 mile cool down) in the afternoon. Had some nice cloud cover for the workout today which was very much appreciated. Legs were pretty tired today but I still felt like it was a really good workout. Picked it up on the last one and I felt pretty good and finished strong. Solid workout today.
