3 in the morning to Hidden Valley. 8 total (2 mile warm up, 4x1 mile repeats w/ 2:00 recovery, 2 mile cool down) in the afternoon at the region course. It was sort of a different workout. We started with Coach, then 10 seconds later Riley went, then Micah 10 seconds after that, and the same all the way down to Josh. Our goal was to relax the first half of the mile then try to catch the person in front of us. Really hot today but I felt like I did well in the workout.
