VO2 Max for the second time this season with 2.5 mile warm up and 2 mile cool down. Ran with Josh for about 2 miles until he had to stop because of blisters. Ran the rest solo and was surprised how much further I was able to run since last time, almost 200 meters. I really like doing these VO2 Max tests because it's easy to see how much I'm improving. I think that if I can stay healthy, I can accomplish a lot this XC season. 3 miles in the afternoon. |
