AM: 3 miles
PM: 4 miles total (2.5 mile warm up, 400m time trial, 2.25 mile cool down). I didn't do too bad in the time trial today, but it was kind of a wake up call that I need to be doing all that I can and doing it consistantly if I want to hit my goals this season. I've been slacking off a little bit with the morning runs and weights so I definitely need to be more consistant with those. |
