9 miles total this morning. We did a warm up to the region course then did 6x3:00 hard w/ 3:00 recovery and 4x:30 hard w/ :30 recovery. I really tried to push myself in this workout and focus of relaxing my body and keeping good form while still running at a fast pace. Great workout today, it's awesome to have a lot of guys who can run with you and push you to do better each day. Another 3 miles easy in the afternoon. |
