8 miles this morning (2 mile warm up, 2xWebb Hill repeats w/ 1 mile rest in between, 2 mile cool down). I felt really good today. I like these hill workouts that we're doing and I think that they're really going to help me this season. I think that's one thing that I wasn't very good at last year, running the hills, and I can already see a lot of improvement in my running. Just over two weeks before our first meet! |
