Am- 3 with striders was fantastic! lightning was a little scary at first

PM- TIME TRIAL, well i did not do so hot. it wasn't horrible, but it wasn't the greatest either. i got to convince myself that i can go with Taylor, i know i am capable- it is just daring to reach that next level of pain and believing i can push harder and not die for reals.  the hills with Stoner and Mia were really good!

AM- 3

PM- 3 at State Course, found a phone!

Race- wow, motha cussa is a big one! the sand was hard to run in. I felt strong during most of it, like the first hill( and the second time we went up it) and on the down hills, and levelish areas. but the one spot on the end of the first loop (and again that same spot on the second), i felt sluggish and just out of steam. then the motha cussa:) i wont complain about hill workouts anymore, those poor Herriman folks!
