7 easy miles at 440am before work.  Got to work, discharged two of my three patients came home by 2 pm on call in a MASSIVE FATIGUE.  It is indescribably.  Took a short nap but still I feel so completely exhausted.  Hope my anemia isn't coming back.  Pace 8:25.

Not saying anemia is not the problem, but HECK girl, you NEVER get enough sleep and you are a running fool!!! Take a little break. You have a big race coming this weekend, I am sure you can take a day or two off and just SLEEP!!!!!!

I'm sorry you are so tired! I can relate - in a different way. Running is so much harder when you are fatigued. Get some rest!

fat chance on rest before the race...I work tomorrow too and I just worked the last two days for 12.5 hours each. My eyes are burning from fatigue but I just keep going as best I can...hopefully I can get into bed early tonight but darn this daylight savings thing cause' now it's brighter longer and my head can't turn off. Two years ago I worked Monday, Wed, Thurday night shifts before this race. I remember scraping the snow off my car after my shift Friday morning thinking "great" and Melanie and I just showed up and ran it for fun, no "race". So that is all I am doing this time, and hopefully I feel better than last time, those last miles were tough. : D. I figure dayshift has got to count for something even if I am still working just as much. I sure hope I can see your finish Kelli. I have to Zoom back to Pleasant Grove and get my daughter and drive back to the Conference center for the Young Women's conference. We are meeting at 330pm in PG.

Are you kidding???? Fat chance I will be done by then! Just drive by on your way out and yell at me to keep running and stop being so wimpy. Call me all sorts of names to spur me on!!!

I wish you could get some rest, but you seem to just keep tickin' along! Even if you are just going for fun, I know you will do really well! Racing is just in your blood, you can not help yourself!

Our stake is having a dinner at 4:30 for the conference (we went up there last year, so this year is a via satellite year). I am thinking I will not be back in time to get showered and ready for it. Plus, I might fall asleep!!! BUT I need to go otherwise my daughter will not and she NEEDS to be there to hear the good stuff.
