6 on the mill after an evening massage. massage felt good but I need to get back soon for more work.
7 - legs felt heavy. not super heavy, but no pop
9 - hello winter. inch of snow fell off of the brim of my hat multiple times during the run.
was able to progress down to about a 7:00, but the legs were a bit heavy.
6 - southern loop. 2.6 warmup - 3 mile tempo - .4 cool down.
legs felt pretty good actually. lungs and heart were working hard.

Longest run of the year so far. Loop with Scott and then picked up Walker and finished off.
Felt good. Had a little lull at about 13, but then felt better.
