I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| Calf was a little sore from last week, and I worked it out really deep. Bike up the canyon with my sister 16.52-1:10:46-14 mph. Canyon was really crowded. | Add Comment |

| Swam 10 laps then I got on the spin bike for about 15 min. and warmed up with some climbing and finished with some running outside 2.44 miles 22:01-9:02 pace. Calf was sore, it really stinks I just want to run faster and more distance. | Add Comment |

Biked from my house up the Provo Canyon-18.24/1:10:37/15.5mph. Then I ran 3.19 miles/26:37/8:20 pace, alittle fast but I had to get back to pick up my boy from preschool. Felt pretty good, we will see how everything feels tommorrow. Have to take the weekend off because the hubby is out of town.
