Went out around 9 this morning it was a lot warmer this morning than yesterday around 20 degrees. Started with .5 of walking then 1(9:52) running, .5 walking, 1 (9:58)run, .25 walk, .4 run, .15 walk. Came home and did 20 mins on the bike and WT upper. Not as sore as I was at the beginning of the week but still can feel it when I run in the pelvic floor and left hammy and adductors. |
