I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| I really hope I can recover some after that stomach flu, I was getting so I could hold a decent pace in this 2nd trimester (8:40's). Now it more like a 10 but I can run and had a good run with Ericka and Brune. |

17 weeks Another day of crosstraining not because I can't run just because my kids are out for spring break and my husband is working from 6-10 and I can't get up that early or I would be dead. 45 mins on the elliptical followed by abs and weights upper.

| Went to the chiro and si is moving much better. Ran with Ericka and my mom form Wills to towards the Lake. Felt good but was tired at the end. Ericka went on for 17. Found out that I am having a BOY!! very excited about that. |

| What a great day to run on the trails!! First time I have been up their this season and it was great, slow but great. I even ran the monster uphill, well more like trotted but it wasn't a walk. My joints were a little sore at the end due to the uneveness of the dirt. But I did enjoy myself and so did Brune. |

| Got up early so I could do just a little running, met Melody and Desiree down at vintage. They are both running marathons this weekend so just wanted an easy run. I felt good, came home and did 30 mins on the elliptical. |

| I started 1 mile down from South fork and ran up a mile to meet my mom and Ericka. Then ran with Ericka to Wills and broke off for home. The plan was to go to the lake but I would have ended up with 17 and I had to get home. But a good run, I felt good. 1:46:01/8:51 |

| Everyone seem to be healthy again, took my dog on the trails. Great morning for running in the mountains. I have this crazy notion that I want to run the Ogden marathon, I know I shouldn't and haven't really trained for it but I think because I signed up for it I want to run it. |

| 19 weeks A really easy 4 miles, I didn't feel good. I keep getting this stomach thing back and it will come in the night and keep me up then usually I feel ok by morning. I wasn't going to go out but felt ok after going back to sleep after the kids went to school. But it was hot and I am not use to that.

Decided to run longer today cause hubby has to work tomorrow. Ran 6.5 with Ericka then added on after was tired the first mile but felt good after that. Rained the whole run but was still enjoyable. WT upper and abs. I signed up for Provo city half and Ogden switched me to the half, no more temptation to run the full.

| Took my son on his bike and Brune up the canyon for a short run. It was a beautiful day, had to run an 8 min pace to stay up with my son on the way back. Felt good, haven't ran 6 days in a long time. |

| 20 weeks=halfway there:) Ran a quick 5 from my house before my appt. with my midwife. My blood work shows that I am low on Iron so will work on getting that up and then hopefully I won't be so tired.

Met Luz at will's and ran in the snow the whole time. Was very enjoyable because I really enjoy running with Luz:) My dog really enjoys her too. Running Provo half tomorrow, it will probably be my slowest time ever. |
