am- felt really solid again today. we watched a beast video dedicated to alli, and it was hilarious
pm- I really didnt want to go to practice today and do a workout. My head hurt really bad and i felt like poop. But i went cuz ditching practice is a sin. I am sooooo glad i did! We had a 100, 30 second recover and then 2x 1000,1000,400 with 5 minutes recover between sets and 3 minute recovery between everything else. Then we finshed with an all out 100.We warmed up and i started feeling better and my head stopped hurting. During the workout we had a super good pack, especially on the 1000's. the last 100, i felt so good and it was very fun! Our 1000's were supposed to be 3:55, and we ran :50, :52, :47, :47. The 400's were 1:15 and 1:14.
