weelp, so i got ready to run and then we didnt even have practice this morning so i went back to bed with the intention of waking up at 8 and running a few miles before class, buuut i slept til past 9:00. then brighton sent out a text saying that some ppl were meeting at 3:00 to run so i ran to the track and waited. and waited. and waited. and then right when i was about to leave to just go do mileage by myself, sam finally showed up and told me that brighton was on her way. then brighton finally came at like 3:20 and told me she forgot to mention that they werent meeting til 3:30. then we waited and waited and waited til 3:40 when ashley hawks and angie came to meet us. 

it honestly was a good run, even though i waited for 40 minutes lol. we just went up canyon to get 6 and then we did strides and then i ran home.

AM- 1.5 warmup, 7x1000's with 90 second rest. my average today was 3:44. definitely one of my better workouts i was with brighton the first one and then passed her the next 3. she had to go to class so she stopped and then coach pushed sam and haley back with me becuase we were doing more than the girls who are traveling this weekend. but they were going faster than me. overall, good workout. mile cool with haley. we ran to my house and got a notebook to study for our test lol

Im sad everyone is in wisconsin cuz its hard to run when we dont have practice. 

Haley and ellie came over and we watched cool runnings this evening. Quality movie, quality company

7 with Haley on Walmart canyon. It was a super chill run, 7:35 pace. Stopped at maverick to go to the bathroom, finished to the track and then did 10 strides at mile pace and cooled to finish the rest of mileage

Weights. And then I went to the trainers and had them release my piriformis. It feels so weird but it helps sooo much

i learned racquetball today with max and it was actually so fun! i hit myself in the elbow and it hurt alot

10 mile long run with 10x60 second pickups with 90 sec rest. We did 8 mile dykes to canyon. It was actually a way good run and felt nice. My legs were tired and the first few pickups were hard but all in all, ir was good. 7:25 pace
