Practice on the mountain this afternoon 3x50/80 Miles. 7:21, 6:19, 7:34, 6:59, 7:50, 6:37. Oh my gosh this workout was way hard, but I did it! The second 80 was a little rough. Cuz it was literally alllll uphill. Coach split us in to groups. I was with Brighton and Sam. I hung great with them the 1st and last one. Mike cool
