20 minutes//2.25 miles easy

66 minutes//7.3 miles. Went to the north park today and did 15 minute warm, 5x100 strides, and then 5x1000 m repeats. They all got faster. 4:25,4:12,4:10,4:00,3:54. Pretty good workout, especially by the end.

62 minutes//7.55 miles. Went to the dirt mile. Warmed up 25 minutes and then 5x100 m strides. Then 20 minute tempo starting at 7:05 pace. It was super windy! We had a nice pack goin and it was real fun. I love tempos. Cooled for a long while

43 minutes//4.75 miles. My legs were very tired and I was struggling a little today. We met at Sullivan and ran. Shout out to Ashlee hall for running with us pretty much the whole time
