Am- 20 minutes//2.3 miles
Pm- 50 minutes//5.25 miles 15min warm then 5x100 striders, then
1200 w/3:30min rec & 2x400 w/2min rec, 600, then cool to time.
My knee was buggin today, and I wasn't quite where I wanted to
be in the group today, but much improvement as of out last
workout at the region course so that wasgood! We had a real
good group and it was pretty darn good!
