warmup, 6.5 miles to dino tracks backwards, striders
at the beginning i felt alright. then we ran up some hills and i was trying to stay on Jacey, boy she is a tough runner! anyways, then we got on the skinnier trails and i was leading for a bit. i decided to go to the back to get Addi back onto the group, we caught back up and then everyone took turns leading until we got back up to the fatter trails. we had an awesome group today! felt great. got back and did striders, they werent quite where i wanted them, but they will definetly be better next time! way excited to be able to come to practice consistently for the next while!
