Felt great! We all started as a nice big pack and on the straights we switched leaders. I felt really good on all of them. The last loop it was just me, Jacey, Ellie and addi for the first part. Me and Jacey kept running really strong throughout and I felt great! Cool down and striders were great. Striders were much better than Monday. I think I like doing the easy runs with no striders
