Ran our warmup and normally I don’t count that as mileage but I am. And then 5 minutes!
Bike for an hour.
Pool workout of the day: 5 min warm, 5x4:00 3x3:00 2x1:00 all with 1 min recovery. Actually a fun pool workout. Me Koy max and Sarah talked to Paul while he walked up and down the side about Star Wars and lots of movies. It was a good day :) 50 minutes total :))
