welp, back to 0 for a couple days. went to steeple this morning and did all the stretches but my butt/back was wayyy worse this morning and i couldnt run. coach said to work it a little by rolling and stuff, but to chill out a little so it can heal, cuz ive been working it alot and now i need to just rest.
As the day has gone on it has started to feel better, so that is a definite plus. hopefully i can get feeling better and back to running asap

Also I got this Bluetooth converter and now I can listen to real music in my car that’s not the dumb radio stations here
