My butt back situation has gotten looots better since yesterday morning. Still no miles and I don’t get to race this weekend, but it feels better and I get to run a mile tomorrow!!!
30 minutes on the bike. Doing some sort of something similar to 9x400’s and a 3 mile 80% in the pool later
Later: 7 min warm, 9x90 seconds at 3k effort. 20 minutes at 80%. It’s hard to judge everything in the pool.
Even tho I don’t get to race I at least get to come watch ell race, which will be nice cuz this is (or should be) my only chance to
