am- just me, bal, and roberts today. a very fast run. we stayed the same distance behind the boys the whole time and i felt very good

pm- 30 easy. we ran to hotnails until the sidewalk ended, so we ran the back way to nisson park. we found a stick and dedicated it to a person that i forgot his name.
