2 mile warm up, 8x800 with 60 second rest. coach started us at 2:50 and then slowed us down to 3:00 after one beucase the faster girls said their pace was too fast. I still ended up averaging 2:57 which is great. it was me brighton and sam and haley in a group, the last couple i fell off a little bit, but i was doing pretty good! by the end my legs felt way tired, kinda like noodles. started at 2:53, and had a few that were pretty similar to that, my last 3 were 3:00/3:01. cooled to 8
