AM 30 easy ac Felt WAY better this morning. me and jacey and sylvia and roberts ran and spoke chinese. jacey took a long time to figure it out haha. it was way fun and i had a great run.
PM 53 sand hills 5x1 min repeats. decent run. hard, but good. sand is hard to run on. i tried to get my knees up as best i could, but then my chest would fall so i need to work on form and being mentally tough even when its hard.
other stretch and roll. my calves are feeling tight
