Ran at 8 a.m. at about 7:50/mile pace. Didn't feel great, but it was a good start to get back into the swing of things.
P.M. - Neighborhoods - 28+
Pushed the double stroller with both girls and ran with Emily in the dark. Ave pace of about 11:00/mile.

All easy/moderate running with some strides or hill sprints most runs.
