Canals + BK Track - 30:05 Ran at 8:30 a.m. Did not feel smooth at all, but still averaged 7:22/mile on the couple of miles I timed at the track. Week 3 Summary - 28 miles Pretty frustrating that the mysterious knee injury (doing lunges? mountain biking?) is not improving, even with low mileage at an easy pace. Next week I'll keep trying to add a few minutes per day and shoot for 33-34 miles.
