Ran middle distance in college with a PB of 1:52 for the 800 meters, then continued running with varying degrees of seriousness throughout my 20's and 30's. Moved up in distance and even ran three marathons (2:43 PB). Now just trying to stay in shape and find balance in life in my 40's.

| Greenbelt - 37:23 Hot run in the late afternoon. I am so badly out of shape it's ridiculous. I'm glad I just finished the run and made it back to the car. 7:28/mile average - maybe too fast for my fitness level right now. Easy weights, core and stretching while watching the Olympics in the evening. |

| Eagle Greenbelt - 46:50 Ran with Trevor, Aaron and Casey this morning. Weather was pretty nice - not too hot yet. It was a tough run for me at 8:00+ pace. Knee was sore, as was the back. Fitness is horrible right now. |
