Series 5 k Race as part of local festival. Strong tailwind out and strong headwind on the back part. Man, I am in some pretty bad shape. I am not even a shadow of my former self, preceding all the ultra training the past couple years.
5:53, 6:03, 6:24 and under 6min. pace for partial
Switching back to non-ultra. I am finding it more enjoyable and manageable to consistently run 60-90 minutes per day, and run faster at shorter stuff. Current goal is to take some down time and rekindle the fire to get back in to some harder training.
