Memorial Day Long Run workout starting at 9:30a. Pretty warm already.
AT Re-Building: 5,4,3,2, and pickups for last 1.5 miles. I am still feeling the GC run (I hope that's the reason). Either that, or I am not making any fitness gains over the last couple months. Struggled with keeping the 7:15-7:30 pace for AT effort... Ran most of the new Mill Race Marathon course - left out the airport section. Carried a handheld in each hand with Tailwind, non-caffenaited.
