5k < 17 Personal: 400m/800m competitively in track in high school. Took 15 years off. Started running again in 2010. Married to my beautiful wife, Tiffany, with 2 little boys, now 4 and 6. I'm a civil engineer working for the Indiana DOT in Seymour, IN. I live in a slightly larger town about 20 miles north - Columbus, IN. Originally from Lexington, KY.

| Set up a 4 mile loop to run around the house. Mostly road with some grass soft surfaces for about 25% of the loop. Started Lap 1 at 10a, and took some pretty relaxed breaks in between each loop. Jogging at about 9 minute pace for each one and about 5-10 minutes with food, water, coffee between. Veered off course on last loop. 23.1 miles total - 3:25 total moving time

| 11 miles easy in the cold weather. it was 80 degrees about 30 hours ago. now it was in the low 30's this mroning... :( Explored a local job site where we are replacing a bridge over the interstate. Saw them driving pile! :)

| 9:30a - 13 miles easy pace on Ppl Trail - mostly grass surfaces. Out and back to Mill Race, and some good weather for running outside. Most of the people out were courteous and social distanced like good fellow human beings... I ran on the other side of the road up and down Terrace Lake. 1:52:44.
4p - 5 miles slow and tired. 46:32. This week's 100 is going to be tough with 23.5 left to go tomorrow.
