AM track workout. Started day with coffee and banana beforea trip tot Seymour and Trinity track. One of my new favorite places for workouts. Nobody is ever there. 6am start and off I went once out of the car. 2 laps around, and number 2 hit me again. took car of business, and started the workout:
2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 1200, 4x400m at LT, with 200m recovery jogs. Pretty slow and working hard aerobically. Kept just under 6 minute pace, but struggled.
Lunch run - easy 40 minutes at Muskatatuck on the gravle road. Hot! Tired...
walks at work also. This 100 is going to be tough this week.
