AM - mid LR / workout: 10mi. MP. The weather was decent - got ranied a little bit, but, enough to make it cooler temp. Started in a pretty comfortable range effort wise and started to struggle with the pace after about 8 miles. Stayed down around 6:45 - 6:50 pace. Improvement, but, still a long way to go to feeling comfortable at 6:30 pace. Mill Race Half course around town, watching the set up for the Cummins 100 yr Celebration. 13.2 total - 1:36
