Ran with Paula. I had decided that today would be short and easy, in order to see how my leg would do. I stretched and scraped again last night. The hip flexor is definitely related to the IT Band and it pulling on the hip flexor. It did not flare up until the IT band was already hurting. The IT band starting hurting around 2 miles. The good news is I know what to do for an upset IT band, the bad news is I really am tired of dealing with it. Happy Running!
