Ran with the BBK in the horrible wind, pretty much a horrible run except for the company. Not much more to say.

Happy Running!

I feel much the same Jody! It was horrible but I'd rather use the word "sucked". For every bad day, the next is better. It was nice to talk to you today and I hope things start going better. You deserve a break!

I'm sorry your run was bad today. Michelle's right, tomorrow will be better!

Tomorrow is always better! It was good to see your speedy self for a sec, but I could not hear you becasue of the wind.

Not to put a damper on things, but I heard it's supposed to snow tonight/tomorrow, so I'm not sure tomorrow's run will be much better. But the day after that should be great. If only there was no wind, all runs would be pretty good. We were all in the same boat this morning, feeling the run was hard and just wasn't the greatest. But we're tough and persevered through, so good job everyone!

Way to get in a nice longer run despite the junky winter conditions!
